At KamiDen, we know that waiting for a new piece to arrive is the hardest part. We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly and safely as possible, ensuring your collectibles reach your shrine in perfect condition.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume drops, new arc releases, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently focus our shipping operations within the United States.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We occasionally offer Free Shipping promotions for orders over a certain threshold, which will be clearly communicated on the Site.
Estimated delivery times within the US generally range from 3 to 7 business days after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

International Shipping

Currently, KamiDen is focused on the US market. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If we expand our shipping zones in the future, this policy will be updated.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@kamidenstore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your items requires a physical address for delivery, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for detailed instructions.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@kamidenstore.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Your collection's integrity is our priority.
