Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to get my order?

We process most orders within 1 to 3 business days. Once handed to the carrier, delivery within the US typically takes 3 to 7 business days. During major drops or holiday seasons, give us a little extra time to make sure everything is packed securely.
Do you ship outside the US?

Right now, KamiDen is built specifically for collectors in the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are focused on making sure our domestic logistics are flawless before expanding the shrine.
How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number. It can take up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the status, so do not panic if it does not show up immediately.
Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, hit us up at immediately. We process orders fast to get them to you quickly. If your order has not been packed yet, we will do our best to adjust it. Once it is in the hands of the carrier, we cannot make changes.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. The catch? The item must be in the exact condition you received it. That means sealed, unopened, and with all original packaging intact. We are collectors; we cannot accept returns on figures that have been displayed or opened unless they arrived defective.
My figure arrived damaged. What do I do?

We hate when that happens. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at right away with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to make it right.
How do exchanges work?

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (unopened) piece for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the new piece does not sell out while your return is in transit.

Are your figures authentic?

Absolutely. We only source legitimate, high-quality collectibles. No bootlegs. No filler. Just figures worth displaying.
When will [Insert Sold Out Figure] restock?

Many of our drops are limited runs. If an item is sold out, we cannot guarantee it will come back. The best way to know about restocks is to join our mailing list. When a highly anticipated piece drops, our subscribers are the first to know.
