At KamiDen, we know that your collection matters. We are collectors too, and we believe in providing a straightforward and fair process if something isn't right with your order. Our refund policy is designed to protect your investment and ensure you only display pieces you truly love.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. This means:
Unworn, unused, and unaltered.
With all original tags and protective seals intact.
In its original packaging, including any display boxes or protective inserts.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Figures or collectibles that have been opened, assembled, or displayed outside of their original sealed packaging cannot be returned unless they are defective.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@kamidenstore.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@kamidenstore.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. We know how important mint condition is for collectors.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Sale items or gift cards.
Items that have been removed from their original sealed blister packs or display boxes.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures your new piece is secured from our inventory before it sells out.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not based on the condition of the item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@kamidenstore.com.
